by purchasing or using the curiosity challenge, you're agreeing to these terms. plain language, on purpose — email jtswhappens@gmail.com if anything's unclear.
a one-time purchase of $49 gets you: the framework (an ebook), 21 daily prompts, a private space to journal, three live sessions with the group, and access to a private Discord. it's a one-time charge, not a subscription — it doesn't renew or bill you again.
your account stays active for [3–6 months — confirm and fix this number] from the day you join, whether or not you complete all 21 days in that window. after that, access ends.
[you haven't set a refund policy yet — this needs a real decision before this page goes live. common options: no refunds once access begins, since it's digital content; a short window (e.g. 7 days) if you haven't started; or case-by-case at your discretion. pick one and replace this paragraph.]
the curiosity challenge is a self-reflection practice, not medical care, mental health treatment, or a substitute for either. if you're going through something that needs professional support, please seek it — a daily prompt isn't the right tool for that, and it was never meant to be.
the Discord community is part of the challenge, not required to use it. be kind. what other members share there is theirs — don't screenshot or repost it elsewhere without asking them first.
the framework, the prompts, the audio, and the video are ours — you're licensed to use them for yourself, not to share, resell, or republish them. what you write in your own journal is entirely yours.
we do our best to keep this running smoothly, but we can't promise uninterrupted access — things occasionally break, get updated, or go down briefly. we're not liable for issues beyond our control, and our responsibility, where it exists, is limited to the amount you paid.
we can end someone's access if they're abusive to others in the community or misuse the platform. short of that, your access runs for the period you paid for.
if these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let current members know.
